What public buyers should attach
Solicitation number, ship-to addresses, requested delivery date, brand restrictions, and whether equivalents are allowed. Multiple sites belong on the multi-location quote page or in the RFQ list.
Procurement pricing notes
Line-item quotes can separate machines, freight, and consumables when the solicitation requires it. Volume and multi-location splits are reviewed case by case.
Documents
W-9, COI, and tax-exempt certificates are collected through the existing procurement onboarding path — not invented on this landing page.

Can you quote tax-exempt orders?
Tax-exempt setup uses the existing Business Tax Exempt page and documentation review. Exemption is not automatic.
Ready for commercial pricing?
Share facility type, quantity, delivery ZIP, and any bid documents. TCB reviews the request through the existing quote desk.
