How does shipping work for large equipment?

Most replacement parts and supplies ship via standard carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS). Commercial machines may ship freight — we'll review delivery timing, lift-gate needs, and access requirements before your order ships. Contact us if you need a delivery appointment or inside delivery.

Do you offer free shipping?

Replacement parts orders over $99 ship free in the U.S. lower 48 states. Equipment and freight shipments are quoted based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Promotional free-shipping offers may apply to select items — see product pages for details.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Parts and in-stock supplies typically ship within 1–3 business days. Commercial machines may require 1–3 weeks depending on stock and freight scheduling. You'll receive tracking or freight booking details once your order ships.

Do you offer financing on equipment?
