By accessing https://thecleaningbusiness.com, placing an order, requesting a quote, creating an account, submitting a form, or purchasing products from The Cleaning Business, you agree to these Terms of Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, contractors, businesses, organizations, and purchasers.

The Cleaning Business primarily sells commercial cleaning equipment, machines, parts, accessories, chemicals, and supplies. Many products are designed for business, institutional, industrial, janitorial, facility, contractor, or professional use.
Customers are responsible for confirming that products are suitable for their intended application, floor type, facility, electrical requirements, chemical use, operator skill level, safety requirements, and local regulations.

Products may include floor scrubbers, sweepers, vacuums, extractors, buffers, burnishers, pressure washers, parts, pads, brushes, squeegees, batteries, chargers, chemicals, supplies, accessories, and related items.
Some products may ship directly from a manufacturer, supplier, distributor, warehouse, or third-party fulfillment partner.
5. Product Information
We work to provide accurate product descriptions, prices, images, specifications, availability, compatibility details, shipping details, and lead times. However, errors may occur.
We do not guarantee that all product information, photos, compatibility information, stock status, lead times, dimensions, weights, or specifications are accurate, complete, current, or error-free.

9. Quotes
Quotes are valid only for the time stated on the quote. If no expiration date is listed, the quote expires after 7 days.
Quotes do not reserve inventory unless payment is received and the order is accepted.
Quoted shipping, delivery dates, availability, lead times, and freight charges are estimates unless expressly stated in writing.
10. Payment
Payment may be accepted by credit card, debit card, ACH, wire transfer, financing provider, invoice, or another approved payment method.
Orders may not be processed until payment is authorized, approved, or received.
For high-value equipment orders, we may require additional verification, signed authorization, wire transfer, ACH, or other payment confirmation.
11. Financing
Financing may be offered through third-party providers. Approval, rates, terms, fees, payment schedules, credit decisions, and financing obligations are determined by the financing provider.
The Cleaning Business is not responsible for financing approvals, denials, rates, fees, or payment obligations.
12. Taxes
Customers are responsible for applicable sales tax, use tax, duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, import fees, or other charges required by law.
If sales tax is not collected at checkout, customers may still be responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes.
13. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times, delivery dates, freight quotes, and lead times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing.
Large equipment may ship by freight carrier and may require a commercial address, forklift, loading dock, liftgate service, appointment, or special handling.
Additional fees may apply for residential delivery, liftgate delivery, limited-access delivery, inside delivery, redelivery, address correction, missed appointments, storage, detention, or special handling.

14. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss may pass to the customer when the product is delivered to the shipping carrier, supplier, freight carrier, customer, or customer’s designated location, depending on the shipment type and applicable law.
Customers are responsible for inspecting deliveries and reporting damage promptly.
15. Cancellations
Orders may not be cancelable once processed, packed, shipped, ordered from a supplier, built, customized, special-ordered, or prepared for freight.
If cancellation is possible, cancellation fees, supplier fees, payment processing fees, freight fees, or restocking fees may apply.
16. Returns
Returns are governed by our Return Policy.
Items may be non-returnable if they are used, installed, opened, damaged, missing packaging, special-order, custom, clearance, closeout, chemical, consumable, electrical, wearable, or otherwise restricted.
No return is accepted without prior written authorization.
17. Warranties
Product warranties are governed by our Warranty Policy and applicable manufacturer warranty terms.
Unless clearly stated in writing, The Cleaning Business does not provide any separate warranty beyond the manufacturer’s warranty or written warranty terms applicable to the product.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Cleaning Business and Vecur LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or economic damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, downtime, labor costs, missed jobs, replacement rentals, facility disruption, loss of business, or loss of data.
Our maximum liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Cleaning Business, Vecur LLC, and our owners, employees, contractors, suppliers, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the website, purchase or use of products, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or misuse of any product.
20. Website Use
You may not use the website for unlawful purposes, fraud, unauthorized scraping, interference with site security, resale of unauthorized content, or any activity that harms the website, customers, suppliers, or business operations.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the website at any time.
21. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, product organization, design, layout, and branding, is owned by or licensed to The Cleaning Business, Vecur LLC, suppliers, manufacturers, or content providers.
