Send a bid sheet, specification, statement of work, model list, or spreadsheet. This page captures qualification fields and routes them through Shopify’s native contact form. Attachments must be emailed because the native form cannot store files. After submit, use /pages/request-a-quote if you still need the standard quote desk.

Shopify’s native quote form cannot store attachments. Email PDF, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, JPG, or PNG to help@thecleaningbusiness.com and mention the same company and ZIP in the form.
