Replacement parts over $99 ship free in the U.S. lower 48. Commercial equipment may ship freight with delivery timing reviewed before shipment.

Eligible stocked items may be returned within 30 days when unused and in original packaging. Return authorization is required before shipping anything back.

Commercial equipment is covered by the original manufacturer warranty. Contact us with your order receipt for warranty support and claim guidance.

General return policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Return eligibility depends on product type, condition, and whether the item is custom-ordered or freight-shipped.

Important: Contact us and receive a return authorization (RA) before shipping any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Parts & supplies

Unused parts, chemicals, and supplies in original packaging may be returnable within 30 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee on select items. Opened chemical products and cut-to-length hoses are generally not returnable.

Commercial equipment

Large equipment returns require pre-approval. Machines must be unused, in original packaging, and returned via freight at the buyer's expense unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect. A restocking fee may apply.

Custom-ordered or special-order machines are non-returnable unless defective or mis-shipped.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
