Terms that apply when you purchase a predefined cleaning equipment package online with one-click checkout.

Package purchase agreement

These Package Terms & Conditions apply when you purchase a predefined equipment and supplies package from The Cleaning Business using Add All to Cart, Add Package to Cart, or any one-click package checkout on thecleaningbusiness.com.

By checking the package terms box and completing checkout, you agree to these Package Terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.

What a package includes

Each package lists the exact store products included at the time of purchase. Product names, quantities, and prices shown on the package page are what we add to your cart when you use one-click package checkout.

Packages are curated bundles of commercial cleaning equipment, chemicals, supplies, and accessories intended to work together for a facility type or cleaning workflow. Substitutions may be offered before purchase through a custom quote, but the online package checkout adds the predefined SKUs shown on the page.

No returns on package purchases

All package purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless required by applicable law or explicitly approved in writing by The Cleaning Business for a verified manufacturer defect covered under warranty.

Because packages combine multiple machines, chemicals, and supplies into a single discounted bundle, we cannot accept returns of partial package contents, opened chemical products, used equipment, or repackaged bundle items.

If you receive a damaged item or a shipment error, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will work with you on warranty claims, freight damage documentation, or replacement of verified shipping errors — not a full package return.

Freight, delivery & customization

Large equipment in a package may ship freight (LTL). You are responsible for accurate delivery details, commercial access, liftgate service when needed, and inspection at delivery.

Need a different machine size, chemical line, or accessory mix? Use Request Custom Quote before checkout. Custom quotes are not bound by the predefined online package SKU list.

Warranty & support

Manufacturer warranties apply to qualifying equipment defects as described on individual product pages and included documentation. Package purchase does not extend or shorten manufacturer warranty terms.

Our team provides sizing guidance, freight planning, and substitution support before you buy. After purchase, support is available for setup questions, parts, and warranty coordination per product.
